Position: Technical Lead for Regulatory Compliance
Elevate the standards of financial services as a Technical Lead in regulatory compliance with FSRA in Ontario. This 12-month fixed-term role focuses on compliance reviews and technical mentorship.
In this position with FSRA, you will leverage your expertise to conduct compliance reviews and lead your team in addressing regulatory challenges.
Your role will include preparing key statistical reports for stakeholders, while you collaborate on vital regulatory frameworks and support team development through mentorship.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute expert analysis on compliance matters
• Conduct ongoing reviews for regulatory adherence
• Prepare statistical reports to inform stakeholders
• Mentor team members on compliance challenges
• Collaborate with stakeholders on regulatory frameworks
Requirements:
• University degree in law, finance, or related fields
• At least 5 years of sector-specific experience
• Solid analytical skills in compliance
• Demonstrated leadership and project management experience
• Excellent communication skills necessary
