Team Lead – US Paralegal
Experience:
6–8+ years in U.S. immigration with a focus on H-1B, L-1, RFEs, and LCA filings.
Leadership & Team Management:
– Lead and mentor a team of immigration specialists, ensuring timely and compliant handling of cases.
– Min. 3 years in a team lead or supervisory capacity
Case Management:
– Oversee the full lifecycle of H-1B and L-1 petitions from intake to post-filing follow-up.
– Review and prepare complex petitions, including RFEs and LCA filings.
– Draft and review client documentation such as support letters, organization charts, and job descriptions.
Client Interaction & Communication:
– Serve as the primary point of contact for U.S. clients and internal stakeholders.
– Provide strategic updates, manage expectations, and ensure client satisfaction.
– Conduct regular check-ins and handle high-priority escalations.
Compliance & Process Excellence:
– Ensure adherence to USCIS and Department of Labor regulations.
– Stay current with immigration policy changes and update processes accordingly.
– Maintain organized and audit-ready case files using legal tech tools (INSZoom preferred)
