Job Description
We are hiring!
The firm is looking to recruit for a Team Assistant to join the firm on an initial 9-month FTC. Working as part of our Business & Professional Risk function, we are needing a strong administrator to support on a range of duties due to increase volume of work and complexities within the department. Working closely with a designated PA, the Team Assistants will offer dedicated administrative and transactional support, aiming to assist Fee Earners with a number of their duties.
As part of the Legal Support team, you would be expected to have the following skills and
Experience:
An effective communicator with the ability to liaise with internal and external clients in a professional manner; striving to provide exceptional service at all times
Good organisational skills and ability to manage own time effectively within a fast-paced environment
Conscientious, taking personal responsibility for own work and accountability for its delivery and quality
Positive can-do attitude with the ability to adapt to change
Excellent attention to detail
