Position: Â Taxation Expert : Direct & Indirect Tax : Roles & Responsibilities
Work closely with the Finance & Tax head to support, coordinate and manage the tax positions of the India legal entities in compliance with legislation and corporate guidelines and to safeguard the Company from financial risks and claims.
Minimum Qualifications:
CA / CMA / MBA /
B.Com.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant tax experience.
Broad tax experience including T ax Advisory, Transfer Pricing, Corporate Tax, Withholding Tax and Goods and Service Tax compliance and tax controversy .
Experience in Tax Audit Management in India.
Strong communication skills
and ability to simplify and communicate complex business/ tax information.
Proficient with Excel and Word.
