This is an exciting opportunity to join the Tax department of a well-established full service law firm in Toronto as a Tax Partner and expand your practice within a dynamic and collaborative milieu and work on sophisticated files amongst seasoned Tax practitioners, particularly in cross-border corporate tax matters, reorganizations, M & A, and tax and estate planning files.
Requirements :
Be a member in good standing of the Ontario Bar;
Have approximately 10+ years of pertinent tax experience;
Have strong drafting, negotiating, analytical & interpersonal skills;
Have solid business acumen and strong client-facing abilities;
Be able to handle competing priorities;
Be able to work well independently as well as within a team;
Have demonstrable leadership experience and be able to delegate and mentor junior lawyers.
