Due to growth of our Sydney Tax team, we’re now seeking a talented Lawyer to work alongside Partners, John Boyagi and Andy Milidoni.

The Role
Due to growth of our Sydney Tax team, we’re now seeking a talented Lawyer to join on a full-time basis working alongside Partners, John Boyagi and Andy Milidoni. This is an excellent opportunity for a high-performing legal professional who has developed strong technical tax expertise and tax controversy experience within a leading professional services environment.
Your key responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Advising clients on complex tax disputes
- Preparing and reviewing objections, private ruling submissions, legal opinions, witness statements, evidence, pleadings, and court documentation
- Assisting in the development and execution of dispute resolution and litigation strategies
- Conducting detailed legal research and analysing tax legislation and case law
You will work within a collaborative, high-performing team and have the opportunity to develop deep technical expertise while building your advocacy, litigation, and client advisory skills.
Who We Are Looking For
To be considered for this role, you will have:
- A minimum of 2 years’ PQE
- Experience in commercial litigation will be highly regarded
- Excellent legal research, drafting, and analytical skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- A strong academic record
