Key functions include drafting legal documents, evaluating case fees, and developing strategies for effective dispute resolution. You will play a vital role in building internal relationships to enhance referrals and support knowledge management by mentoring juniors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate directly with clients during disputes
• Assist in drafting representations and strategic initiatives
• Manage assignments and oversee legal matters
• Cultivate relationships to drive business referrals
• Provide training and guidance to junior team members
Requirements:
• Good standing member of the Law Society
• Over 10 years of relevant tax law experience
• LLM in tax or completion of notable tax courses preferred
• Exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills
• Fluency in French and English is advantageous
