The team has an excellent reputation in the local market, with highly recognised Partners and a strong network of international clients. The firm works on sophisticated tax matters involving international groups, investment funds, financial institutions and cross-border transactions.

Your Responsibilities
- Advise international clients on Luxembourg and cross-border tax matters.
- Assist with tax structuring and reorganisations.
- Advise investment funds, asset managers and multinational groups.
- Prepare tax opinions and memoranda.
- Conduct Luxembourg and European tax research.
- Assist with M&A and financing transactions from a tax perspective.
- Work closely with Corporate, Funds and Banking teams.
- Participate in client meetings and support business development activities.
Your Profile
- Master’s degree in Law, ideally with a specialisation in Tax Law.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in Luxembourg.
- Experience gained within a law firm or Big Four environment.
- Strong knowledge of Luxembourg corporate taxation.
- Excellent analytical and drafting skills.
- Fluent English; French is an advantage.
- Client-oriented and commercially minded.
