An opportunity has arisen for a full-time Associate position within the Tax Practice of an international law firm in Luxembourg.
The successful candidate will:
- Take an active role in providing tailor-made legal advice to their clients on a wide range of tax aspects.
- Providing Luxembourg tax and corporate advice;
- Sharing in depth expertise to enhance the team knowledge and structures;
- Managing the team members in strategic tax initiatives and continuous screening of national and European tax legislation;
- Conducting legal research in national and cross-border legislation and case law.
Skills Required
- 2 to 4 years of working experience within a leading law firm preferably in Luxembourg;
- Qualified lawyer (CCDL and/or foreign bar qualification), or willing to take the bar exam;
- Fluent in English and French; German is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and drafting skills
