What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Monitor legal developments affecting health and welfare plans and translate complex information into actionable insights for tax advisors
Create and maintain expert analytical content for employee benefits products, ensuring accuracy and relevance
Edit the work of external subject matter experts for adherence to quality guidelines
Manage relationships with outside authors to facilitate collaboration and timely content submission
Support cross-functional teams to ensure products meet market demands and contribute to the development of enhanced digital experiences
What is Required (Qualifications):
JD or LLM with 7+ years of experience in a law firm, in-house counsel, or leading tax research company focused on health and welfare plans
Proven expertise in advising clients on complex tax matters
Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to communicate intricate tax concepts clearly
Proficiency in tax research tools and software
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of successful teamwork
