We are looking for an experienced Freelance Talent Acquisition Partner to join our global recruitment team. Based in the UK, you will provide dedicated recruiting support across our US hiring portfolio, with a focus on GTM (Sales & Marketing) and Technology roles across North America.
You will work closely with the Global Head of Talent and the North America TA Lead, partnering with hiring managers across the US to drive full-cycle recruitment for a portfolio of SaaS insurance products. This is a high-impact role with broad cross-functional exposure and meaningful influence on the organization's growth.

What you will do:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes from initial approach to Offer negotiation.
- Manage ongoing communication with candidates and maintaining a strong pipeline of talent to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Partner closely with US-based hiring managers, serving as a trusted advisor and providing hands-on consultancy throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Drive sourcing for niche and hard-to-fill GTM and Technology roles through proactive headhunting and strategic promotion across relevant channels- LinkedIn, job boards, and beyond.
- Operate within Sapiens' established recruitment processes and ATS, contributing to a consistent and compliant hiring experience across the organization.
What you need to succeed:
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably as an in-house TA Partner within a matrix environment (either a technology company or a recruitment agency focused on permanent tech roles).
- 3+ years of hands-on SaaS recruitment experience, with a proven track record building GTM (Sales, Marketing, Channel) and Professional Services teams.
- Demonstrable experience recruiting for the US market, deep familiarity with US hiring norms, compensation structures, and employment law is a strong advantage.
- Expertise of hiring directly using all sources available, thinking creatively to bring new solutions to the table.
- Hands-on experience with data and AI tools to drive smarter, faster hiring decisions.
- A self-starter attitude, highly goal-oriented, organized, and comfortable working independently across time zones.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of working with Applicant Tracking Systems is essential.
