We are seeking a motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in attracting and recruiting top talent across various departments within our organization. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective strategies to attract the right candidates. Utilizing various sourcing techniques, such as social media, job boards, and networking events, you will build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring that both candidates and hiring managers have a positive experience throughout the recruitment process. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating our applicant tracking system, ensuring that all candidate information is accurately recorded. Responsibilities

  • Manage the full cycle recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract talent, including social media, job boards, and networking.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Provide timely feedback to candidates and maintain candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations during the hiring process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and end-to-end talent acquisition.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
