Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Coordinator/Recruiter to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization’s staffing needs. This position requires a strong understanding of recruitment processes and human resources practices, along with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike.
Duties
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
Utilize various recruiting platforms and tools for lead generation to attract potential candidates.
Conduct thorough candidate evaluations, including interviews and assessments, to ensure alignment with organizational culture and job requirements.
Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
Maintain accurate records in HRIS systems such as ADP, Kronos, PeopleSoft, or UltiPro.
Implement succession planning strategies to ensure a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruiting and human resources.
Experience
Proven experience in recruiting or human resources is essential.
Familiarity with HRIS systems such as ADP, Kronos, PeopleSoft, or UltiPro is preferred.
Strong skills in employee evaluation and succession planning are highly desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
