What You Will Do:
Preparing sustainability reports, including report and presentation drafting, collecting data and coordinating with relevant divisions, ensuring sustainability reporting compliance with relevant regulations.
Providing timely and accurate responses to ESG and sustainability-related inquiries from stakeholders, including regulators, ESG rating agencies, and investors.
Conducting ESG gap analysis based on criteria from global ESG rating agencies, including presentation report to management.
Identifying ESG performace gaps and recommend to the top-level management and other key stakeholders improvements aligned with company goals and ESG best practices.
Coordinating with relevant divisions to monitor Group’s ESG performance.
Collaborating with cross-functional divisions to develop and implement ESG strategies.
Monitoring internally initiated ESG initiatives to ensure alignment with the company’s sustainability goals.
Assisting Corporate Secretary team on conducting General Meeting of Shareholders.
Supporting and advising other initiatives led by other divisions that relate to ESG aspects, such as CSR programs and environment or social-related activities.
What You Will Need:
Min. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Management, Law, Communication, Environmental Science, or Sustainability.
Have minimum 1-3 years of working experience in sustainability field (preferably in public company and/or the infrastructure and telecommunication industries).
Good understanding of sustainability and ESG concepts, reporting frameworks (e.g., GRI, ACGS), and applicable law (e.g., OJK Regulation No. 51/POJK.03/2017).
Familiarity with ESG rating agencies and their methodologies.
Basic skills in data collection, analysis, and interpretation related to sustainability indicators.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Able to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
Attention to detail, good time management, and a proactive working attitude.
Comfortable using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
