Job Description
Position Summary
The Surveillance Investigation Manager leads the execution of investigation activities and special projects, ensuring effective detection, analysis, and resolution of risks across gaming operations and all areas within The Grand Ho Tram, under the direction of the Director of Surveillance.
This role is accountable for investigation quality, control gap identification, and financial impact management—directly supporting revenue protection and upholding the integrity of operations in full compliance with regulatory requirements, internal controls, and company policies.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage investigation activities and special projects across the property, ensuring effective execution and control.
- Conduct and manage investigations into incidents involving theft, fraud, policy violations, and other security or compliance breaches
- Perform and lead analytical reviews of gaming activities and player behavior to identify irregularities and risk patterns
- Ensure proper collection, analysis, and preservation of evidence for internal review and potential legal or regulatory proceedings
- Identify and assess security risks, control gaps, and operational vulnerabilities across the organization
- Partner with relevant departments to ensure a coordinated and effective approach to risk management and incident resolution
- Develop and enhance investigative capability within the Surveillance team, including training and knowledge sharing
- Stay current with advancements in surveillance technology and investigation techniques and ensure the team is adequately trained.
- Provide operational support for surveillance shift operations as required, ensuring continuity and execution standards
- Maintain clear and timely communication with Surveillance leadership on all investigation activities, findings, and risk exposures
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years’ international casino surveillance experience, including at least 3 years in a management role
- Proven supervisory experience in leading surveillance investigation functions within a large-scale casino environment
- Must present a well-groomed appearance.
- Knowledge and experience of CCTV/Surveillance systems usage.
- Extensive knowledge of gaming fraud, cheating methodologies, and advanced game protection practices
- Exceptional and professional communication skills, both oral and written.
- Highly organized, ability to multi-task, superior problem-solving skills and detail oriented.
- Ability to respond to difficult or stressful situations with tact and diplomacy.
- Advanced capability in data gathering, analysis, and intelligence development, with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and business intelligence platforms, and exposure to data analytics or data science methodologies
