Job Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Manager to support our law firm clients by managing incoming consultant requests. This role involves coordinating with attorneys and consultants to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM PST (20 hours per week)
Key Responsibilities:
Enter new consultant requests into our internal system
Identify and contact suitable consultants for each request
Communicate with consultants regarding availability and project details
Match and assign consultants to clients based on their needs
Schedule and facilitate conference calls between clients and consultants
Track and follow up on outstanding billing issues
Qualifications:
Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.)
Strong spreadsheet skills
Familiarity with mail merge tools
Prior experience working in a legal, administrative, or consulting environment preferred
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
Schedule:
4 hour shift
Monday to Friday
