Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Torts Call Center Agent to join our team as a Case Qualification Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for screening potential clients and determining their eligibility for legal representation in tort cases. You will play a critical role in the intake process, ensuring that only qualified cases are forwarded to our legal team.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct initial intake calls with potential clients to gather information about their situation.
Use predefined criteria to assess whether callers meet the qualifications for a tort case.
Accurately document client information and assessment results in our database.
Provide general information about the legal process
Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all legal and ethical standards.
Follow up with potential clients as needed to gather additional information or clarify details.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a call center, legal intake, or customer service role is preferred.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to ask probing questions and assess client needs.
Attention to detail and ability to work with sensitive information.
Proficiency in using computer systems, databases, and call center software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
