Buffalo Biodiesel is in growth mode and currently seeking a Contract Enforcement Attorney to join our fast-growing team! You will have the opportunity to be mentored by a former Supreme Court Justice and State Senator!
Responsibilities
Contract enforcement
Make telephone calls to settle opposing contract breaches
File summons and complaints
Draft settlements and default judgments
Occasionally appear in court
Move complex matters to Senior Counsel
Qualifications
Permitted to practice law in New York State
Minimum 1 year of contract enforcement
Fluent understanding of electronic filing via NYSCEF
This is role requires onsite work from 8:00am – 5:00pm. Our offices are located at 17 Court Street, Buffalo, NY.
