The Operations Supervisor involves overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and coordinating with various departments to maintain high standards of service and compliance ​aligning with Dubai Airports commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Every guest needs to enjoy the seamless and exceptional airport experience while arriving in DXB Airport.
 Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Coordination: Lead the operations and set an example to team members. Coordinate with local authorities and ensure compliance at all times
Staff Supervision: Manage and train operational staff, conduct performance evaluations, and ensure adequate staffing levels for all shifts.​
Operational Oversight: Monitor flights schedules and ensure smooth passenger flow. Liaise with terminal operations team to address real-time operational challenges.​ Ensure & monitor Limousine drivers comply with company and airport rules & regulations. Staff Performance needs to be monitored constantly.
Customer Experience Management: Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained throughout the passenger journey, promptly addressing any issues or complaints.​
Compliance & Safety: ensuring compliance with both company and local authorities
Communication & Reporting: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal departments and external stakeholders, providing timely updates and reports on operational performance.​
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (hospitality or tourism-related qualifications are a plus)
Minimum of 6 years in airport operations or hospitality industry supervisory experience is mandatory
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in operational planning and problem-solving.
Ability to work under pressure.​
