I am looking for a licensed U.S. immigration attorney to supervise the legal work and file as counsel of record.
You will:
- Decide whether to accept each matter
- Direct the legal strategy and petition
- Review and take responsibility for all filings
- Sign the engagement and bill the client at your flat fee
I will:
- Handle intake support, translation, scheduling, and non-legal drafting
- Invoice separately only for that support work
Requirements:
- Active U.S. bar
- NIW / I-140 experience
- Malpractice insurance
- Willing to actually supervise and file — not a signature-only arrangement
