ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY
New Jersey boutique civil litigation firm seeks an Associate with 5 to 7 years of relevant experience. Prior civil litigation and/or prosecutorial experience is preferred.
We seek an intelligent, professional self-starter to handle health care fraud litigation, Special Investigation Unit matters, and False Claims Act cases. Admission to the New Jersey bar is required. New York or Pennsylvania admission is a plus.
The preferred candidate will possess an excellent academic background, exceptional oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and demonstrated research and writing capabilities. Success in this position will also require dedication to maintaining our reputation for excellence.
Responsibilities will include legal research, drafting legal documents, directing investigations, conducting depositions, and handling court appearances. Our practice is state-wide.
Other requirements include:
The ability to work on projects independently;
The ability to build and foster client relationships; and
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
