Hunnicutt, Taylor, Carswell & Millians, a small law firm concentrating in juvenile law, family law, and probate seeks a full-time legal assistnant / paralegal.
Candidate must have experience as a paralegal and/or a degree or certificate in a related field such as paralegal studies, legal studies, criminal justice, political science, or pre-law. Firm is located in Newnan, Georgia.
Candidate must have excellent writing skills, be highly organized, and be proficient with technology. Prior law firm or office experience, including experience with billable hours and drafting orders, is preferred. Position requires driving to attend court hearings and to file documents.
