The attorneys at Tittle & Perlmuter are looking to add an Associate Attorney to manage an increasing number of inquiries from clients around Northeast Ohio. You will be joining a successful firm, focusing on medical malpractice, nursing home neglect, personal injury (car crashes), wage & hour, and ERISA. This position will focus on the injury practice.
Duties
include, but are not limited to :
Assisting with pre-trial and trial matters and managing ongoing cases
Taking depositions and attending hearings
Conducting legal research and preparing memoranda, demands, complaints, pleadings, motions, and jury instructions
Reviewing and analyzing medical records
Interviewing clients, witnesses, and experts
Willing to take over cases with minimal supervision
Qualifications

We seek someone capable of managing diverse and complex cases from start to finish with minimal supervision. Experience in depositions and reviewing records is a plus, but we will consider candidates without this experience if they demonstrate a proactive attitude. Training will be provided and paid for for the right person. The applicant must be an active member of the State Bar of Ohio in good standing.
