· 2+ years’ experience working on a variety of real estate and land use litigation matters
· Ideal candidate will have experience litigating land use cases, including under CEQA, the Planning and Zoning Law, the Public Records Act, and state housing laws
· Strong academic credentials
· California Bar membership required
· Salary Range: $235k-$365k depending on experience
