Hours: Weekdays 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM CST; Full coverage on weekends and holidays

We are expanding our team and seeking an experienced, professional, and compassionate After-Hours Intake Specialist to be the first point of contact for potential new clients during evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Position Summary: As our After-Hours Intake Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our client acquisition process. You will handle incoming inquiries, complete detailed intake forms, and assist potential clients through the initial consultation and sign-up process. This is a fully remote, part-time position ideal for a candidate who thrives working independently and has a strong background in personal injury client intake.

Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls, emails, and website inquiries during scheduled hours.
Conduct thorough intake interviews to gather all necessary information for case evaluation.
Empathize with prospective clients and provide excellent customer service.
Accurately enter information into case management systems.
Assist in scheduling consultations or signing up clients directly where appropriate.
Follow firm protocols for escalating urgent matters to attorneys or management.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience handling personal injury intakes in a law firm setting.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
High comfort level with technology, CRM systems (particularly Clio), and remote communication tools.
Reliable internet connection and home office setup.
Availability to work 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM weekdays, full weekends, and holidays.

Pay based on the number of calls handled.
