As a legal assistant/paralegal, you will support multiple attorneys in various legal tasks, focusing on litigation and case management. A paralegal certificate or degree is preferred and you must have strong organizational skills to manage case files efficiently. The position entails preparation and/or finalization of correspondence, pleadings, motions, briefs, abstracts, etc., subpoena preparation, electronic court filings, docketing & maintaining calendar, scheduling depositions and trial preparation. ONLY experienced individuals should apply.
