For the Cluj Metro Project, one of Romania’s largest infrastructure developments, we are looking for a Subcontract Administrator to join our Subcontracts Department.
Main Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation, review and administration of subcontract agreements.
- Draft formal correspondence, notices, and other contractual communications to subcontractors.
- Assist the Subcontract Manager in the review of subcontractors contractual and commercial submissions.
- Maintain proper records of subcontract agreements and other contractual documents.
- Draft reports and prepare the contractual records.
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Administrative or Law.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience;
- Strong analytical skills and attention to details.
- Good organizational and document management skills.
- Previous experience in Construction sector, contracts, procurement or subcontracts, it is preferable.
- Good command of English.
