About Us

Al Rahimya Immigration Firm helps Pakistani students access study pathways in Australia, the UK, Canada, and other top destinations — from course selection to visa lodgement. We're expanding our team and looking for someone who can own the visa process end-to-end for our clients.

Role Overview:

We're hiring a Study Visa Specialist to manage student visa applications across multiple countries — primarily Australia (subclass 500) and the UK (Student Route), with working knowledge of Canada (study permit) and other destinations as needed. You'll be the technical backbone of our consultancy: the person who knows the requirements cold, catches red flags before they become refusals, and keeps applications moving without delays.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise students on visa requirements, eligibility, and documentation for their target country (Australia, UK, Canada, and others as required)
  • Prepare and review visa application files — financial documents, GTE/SOP statements, sponsorship declarations, academic evidence
  • Liaise with education providers for COE/CAS issuance and ensure compliance with provider requirements
  • Track application status, respond to visa office requests for additional information, and manage refusal appeals where needed
  • Stay current on visa policy changes across target countries (DHA, UKVI, IRCC) and update internal processes accordingly
  • Train junior staff/agents on visa documentation standards
  • Maintain accurate records for compliance and audit purposes

Requirements

  • Proven experience handling student visa applications for at least one major destination (Australia, UK, or Canada) — multi-country experience strongly preferred
  • Working knowledge of GTE requirements (Australia), Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies / financial evidence rules (UK), or study permit requirements (Canada)
  • Strong attention to detail — visa refusals are usually caused by small documentation errors, and we need someone who catches those before submission
  • Excellent written English for SOPs, cover letters, and visa office correspondence
  • Familiarity with visa portals (ImmiAccount, UKVI online system, IRCC portal) is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in any field; immigration law/consulting certification (MARA, OISC, ICCRC/RCIC) is a strong plus but not mandatory

To Apply

  • Send your CV and a short note on which countries' visa processes you've handled to [email protected].
