We’re now looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Studio Coordinator to help bring our vision to life—someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves to organize, and wants to be part of a purpose-driven team.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
As Studio Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day operations and project coordination that keep our studio thriving. You’ll manage systems, support customers, and help us execute everything from classes to special events.
Core Responsibilities:
Oversee front desk operations: client check-ins, payments, scheduling
Answer phone calls and emails professionally and promptly
Support clients with class packages and studio information
Manage volunteer training and scheduling
Assign studio space and maintain daily studio flow
Perform audio and lighting checks at open and close of shift
Coordinate studio bookings and logistics
Conduct research for programs, venues, and events
Assist with event planning and execution
Collect customer feedback and compile reports
Support sales and client retention efforts
Maintain a welcoming, inclusive, and organized environment
