Position Overview

As a Structured Products Associate, you will play a key role in delivering

exceptional service

to the firms high-profile clients on a range of structured products offerings and platforms. You will have the opportunity to work on all aspects of transactions, from initial instruction through to closing and post-closing, drafting and negotiating key documents, and ensuring a smooth process throughout.

Responsibilities Draft, review and negotiate legal documents and agreements for structured products transactions Advise clients on specific matters, answering queries and providing expert guidance Manage projects from start to finish, liaising with colleagues, clients, counter parties and other advisers Take the lead on client-related matters, building strong relationships and delivering

exceptional service

Requirements England & Wales Qualified lawyer with 3-6 PQE in international finance transactions, preferably structured products (debt capital markets and/or derivatives experience is desirable but not essential) Strong knowledge of relevant legislation such as the Prospectus Regulation, ISDA derivatives definitions, retail regulation, Benchmark Regulation and ESG rules and guidelines Excellent academic track record and strong

attention to detail
