We are looking for a Partnerships Expert to work with Reach on project basis. If you build partnership models inside government entities and close deals across the public and private sector, this role is for you.

You will own the partnerships workstream 2-3 months engagement with a government authority, leading the design and activation of a partnership operating model that spans government to government (G2G), business to government (B2G), and business to business (B2B) contexts.

You will work with a tested methodology, a sharp view of the KSA market, and a team that has built commercial engines from zero to multi million dollar revenue across Saudi Arabia and MENA.

This is a project based engagement for a self starter, assignment is hybrid with on site presence during critical project phases at the client's headquarters in Riyadh. Future mandates/ projects are expected to follow across the year. You will operate in alignment with the Commercial team's calendar and activities, take initiative in every shared cadence, and work alongside a senior commercial team that coaches live and a delivery team that owns execution.

Job Specification:

  • Diagnose the current partnerships landscape: stakeholder mapping, classification of existing partnerships, and benchmarking against KSA and regional peers.
  • Design the partnership operating model: strategic framework and KPIs, governance structure, organizational and operational framework, partner lifecycle (qualification, onboarding, activation), and the partner classification and scoring formula.
  • Design the partner communication model and the decision rights across the client's internal stakeholders.
  • Open and build relationships with senior decision-makers across government, semi-government, and private enterprises, structure terms and commercial models, and lead negotiations through to signed agreements, MoUs, or framework arrangements.
  • Coordinate the legal, compliance, and procurement requirements that G2G and B2G deals demand.
  • Lead the pilot activation of the operating model, drive at least one live partnership from agreement to first measurable outcome, and run training and change management to embed it.
  • Define the requirements for the Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platform, oversee its configuration, and ensure clean handover to the client's operational team.
  • Report progress, risks, and outcomes to the client steering committee and Reach commercial leadership, and hand over cleanly at project close.

Person Specification:

  • 5+ years of professional experience developing and closing partnerships across G2G, B2G, and B2B contexts.
  • A track record originating, structuring, and closing partnerships with KSA government entities and private enterprises.
  • Demonstrated experience designing partnership operating models, lifecycle frameworks, scoring matrices, and governance structures, not only deal closing.
  • Experience delivering on a consulting or project basis, managing multiple stakeholder groups inside a government client, is a strong plus.
  • Bachelor's degree, ideally in Business, Public Policy, International Relations, Law, or Economics. Master's or MBA is a strong plus.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with senior-level negotiation and stakeholder management across public and private counterparts.
  • Working knowledge of MoU and agreement frameworks, procurement, and the legal and compliance considerations in G2G and B2G deals.
  • Working knowledge of Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platforms and their role in partnership operations.
  • Native or fluent Arabic, with strong professional English.
  • Available to work onsite in Riyadh for the duration of the engagement.
