As they continue to grow, they’re seeking a Business Development & Partnerships Manager to help expand their impact across the region and beyond.

The Role:

This role is ideal for a commercially-minded communications professional with experience in the consultancy or agency world. You’ll be responsible for identifying new opportunities, cultivating strategic partnerships, and supporting the firm’s continued growth in government and public sector advisory. You will work closely with senior leadership to shape the business development strategy, pitch for new work, and build enduring client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead business development efforts across the MENA region and other target markets.

Identify and pursue new client opportunities in government, public sector, and mission-driven organisations.

Develop proposals, pitch presentations, and RFP submissions that showcase the firm’s capabilities.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of strategic partnerships with consultancies, NGOs, and policy organisations.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between business development and delivery.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and key stakeholder meetings.

Monitor market trends and client needs to identify emerging areas for service development.

About You:

Proven experience in business development or partnerships within a communications consultancy or agency.

Deep understanding of public sector communications, crisis response, and/or ESG advisory.

Strong commercial acumen and a natural ability to identify and convert new business opportunities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills – capable of building trust with senior-level stakeholders.

Existing network within government, public affairs, or environmental/social sectors is highly desirable.

Comfortable working in fast-paced, sensitive, and high-profile environments.
