About Florentis
Florentis Health is building an AI-enabled Clinical Intelligence Platform to transform precision oncology. By combining molecular diagnostics, clinical data, and artificial intelligence, we aim to enable more personalized and proactive cancer care.
We are seeking a highly motivated Strategic Operations Lead to work directly with the Founder & CEO. This is a company-building role designed for someone who enjoys solving problems, driving execution, and helping shape the future of healthcare innovation.
You will serve as an extension of the CEO and gain exposure across operations, strategic initiatives, fundraising, recruiting, and business development.
What You’ll Do
Strategic Initiatives
- Drive cross-functional projects from planning through execution.
- Support fundraising, board meetings, and investor communications.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, consultants, and external partners.
- Track key company priorities and ensure follow-through.
Office of the CEO
- Manage CEO priorities and critical communications.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting materials.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel.
- Organize leadership meetings and action items.
Operations
- Help build scalable operational processes.
- Support recruiting and onboarding.
- Coordinate vendors and external service providers.
- Maintain key business infrastructure and documentation.
Business Development Support
- Assist with conferences, customer meetings, and strategic partnerships.
- Prepare presentation materials and follow-up activities.
- Support branding and external communications.

Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3–7 years of experience in operations, consulting, healthcare, project management, or startup environments.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong ownership mentality and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
Preferred
- MBA, MPH, MHA, MS, or related graduate degree.
- Healthcare, biotechnology, diagnostics, or consulting experience.
- Startup experience.
- Familiarity with AI productivity tools.
- Bilingual English and Chinese is a plus.
