Kennelly Business Law is a boutique law firm in Fargo, North Dakota, focused on the areas of business law, real estate, estate planning, and civil litigation.
We are seeking candidates with 1-10 years of experience in business law, real estate, estate planning and/or civil litigation. Our associate attorney will have an immediate caseload including preparing title opinions, evictions, guardianships and conservatorships, general business law and civil litigation.
Ideal candidates will have excellent analytical and writing skills; strong academic background; and an active license in North Dakota and/or Minnesota. We expect associate attorneys to be self-motivated, capable of handling a diverse case load, and have the ability to manage client relationships.
