Personal injury/criminal defense law firm owner in Oakcliff Dallas seeks a full time experienced personal Assistant.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Provide high-level administrative support to law firm owner.
Manage house hold chores including cleaning and laundry/ironing.
Operate several social media channels. Schedule posts, boost posts, help create/edit sm posts. And respond to DMs.
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel plans.
Efficiently manage day-to-day administrative duties efficiently.
Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and presentations.
Serve as a liaison between team members across all offices.
Professionally manage emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
Create and update forms and templates for practice groups and update client info in CRM system.
Develops and maintains positive liaison relationships with various internal and external customers including employees, executives, board members and the general-public.
Assist with the intake of potential new clients.
Assist with the coordination of the law firm’s owner’s personal and business matters.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Assist in project research ex real estate investments- research, get construction bids etc.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar executive support role, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment.
2 or 4 year degree preferred
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively in a virtual environment (e.g., via phone, web/videoconference).
Ability to cultivate and sustain positive relationships, both internally and externally, while maintaining a client service-oriented approach.
Demonstrate ability to use good judgment in taking initiative while asking for direction or clarification and consulting others, as appropriate.
Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to anticipate needs.
Can-do attitude and flexible approach.
Demonstrate strong organizational skills, effective follow-through, and the capacity to apply meticulous attention to detail across all levels of work.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, ensuring high-quality work and timely response to deadlines, while effectively balancing workload.
Perform tasks that may be highly confidential or sensitive in nature, requiring discretion and diplomacy.
Proficient in MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) with a tech-savvy aptitude, capable of quickly mastering new software applications. Possesses the ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues.
Must be able to work overtime as needed.
Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality and sign nondisclosure agreement.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
