Menyusun dan mereview dokumen hukum perusahaan, termasuk kontrak dan perjanjian
Memastikan kepatuhan perusahaan terhadap regulasi hukum korporasi, ketenagakerjaan, perpajakan, dan perizinan
Mengelola dan memantau dokumen perizinan, legalitas perusahaan, dan dokumen hukum lainnya
Memberikan nasihat hukum dan berkoordinasi dengan pihak hukum eksternal bila diperlukan
