Job Summary :
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Staff Attorney-Social Security Disability Lawyer to join our legal team in Miami, FL. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Social Security Disability law and be passionate about helping clients navigate the complex process of applying for and receiving disability benefits.
Responsibilities :
Provide legal representation to clients seeking Social Security Disability benefits
Conduct thorough interviews with clients to gather necessary information for their cases
Prepare and file legal documents, including appeals and briefs, with the appropriate agencies
Represent clients at administrative hearings and in court proceedings
Stay current on changes in Social Security Disability law and regulations
Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to provide comprehensive legal services to clients
Qualifications :
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the Florida State Bar
Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing Social Security Disability law
Strong research and writing skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
