Position Overview
We are seeking a Litigation Paralegal to work in our Adult Sexual Abuse Department in our NYC Office. Experience of 4+ years with negligence and personal injury cases needed. Must be reliable and professional to work as part of our close-knit team. A successful candidate should have excellent communication and writing skills; must be highly organized and detail oriented. Experience reviewing medical records is a plus. Hybrid work schedule offered to staff based on length of employment and measurable productivity.
Responsibilities
Communicating with clients
Preparing and exchanging discovery demands, responses and authorizations
Obtaining and exchanging medical records
Court filings
Other administrative duties as needed
Qualifications
Paralegal certificate preferred
Litigation experience preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
