Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various areas of law, including personal injury, environmental law, construction defect, workers’ compensation, and immigration law. This role requires strong research and legal drafting skills, as well as the ability to litigate effectively. The Attorney will work closely with clients to provide legal advice, represent them in court, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, particularly in relation to tribal law.
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.
Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, contracts, and agreements.
Represent clients in court proceedings and administrative hearings.
Advise clients on their legal rights and obligations under various laws, including personal injury and environmental regulations.
Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting clients’ interests, particularly in tribal law.
Collaborate with other attorneys and staff within the law office to ensure comprehensive legal representation.
Manage case files efficiently and maintain accurate records of all client interactions and case developments.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the CA bar.
Experience or a strong interest in personal injury law, environmental law, workers’ compensation law, immigration law, or tribal law regulations is preferred.
Excellent research skills with the ability to analyze complex legal issues effectively.
Strong legal drafting skills with attention to detail.
Proven ability to write clearly and persuasively for various audiences.
Demonstrated litigation experience is a plus but not required for all applicants.
Exceptional communication skills with a client-focused approach.

Pay: $100,000.00 – $200,000.00 per year
