JOB SUMMARY:
As a Contract Administrator, you will have the opportunity to work directly with a variety of customers and teams within the organization to collect details of product sales and purchases. You will own a critical part in ensuring that the flow of the transaction is successful. You will also be a critical part of identifying risks and resolving disputes to safeguard the company’s interests.
This is an on-site role located in Wichita, KS.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide customer support and serve as the point of contact for internal and external contract inquiries
Generate contract confirmations
Review confirmations for accuracy and discrepancies
Communicate complex details of contracts to customers
Review and make recommendations on standard business disclosure agreements
Review and input contract details into transaction processing system
Point of contact for customs broker regarding exports and regulatory compliance
Download and analyze reports
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
3+ years’ experience in compliance, para-legal, human resources, or related field
Associates Degree or equivalent
Experience with Microsoft’s Office Suite, and capable of learning new programs
