We are now looking for an experienced Litigation Attorney to join our expanding team and grow with us.
About the Role
As a Personal Injury Attorney at VIL, you will:
Manage a full caseload from intake to resolution
Negotiate settlements and represent clients in all phases of litigation
Investigate claims, formulate strategies, and work closely with Case Managers
Drafting of pleadings, conducting discovery, and handling motions practice for litigation in service of trying cases on behalf of clients
What You Bring
Must-Have:
JD + active Virginia Bar license
3+ years of experience
Strong communication, organization, and tech skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Reliable transportation to the Richmond office
Preferred:
3+ years personal injury experience
3+ years personal injury litigating experience
Spanish language skills
Familiarity with case management software and cost management
