Job Title: Insurance Defense Litigation Associate Attorney
5+ years of insurance defense litigation experience required in any of the following areas: trucking, auto and/or general liability
Handle files from inception to trial
Attend and conduct hearings and depositions
Drafting and research
Mediations
Negotiations
Trial preparation
Must be an active member of the Florida Bar
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $135,000.00 – $170,000.00 per year
