Small, highly experienced trial firm is looking for an associate with 3 or more years in personal injury litigation. Must be experienced in depositions and motion practice. Research/brief writing skills are essential. The firm tries multiple cases per year and the associate will second chair all trials. Workers’ compensation experience preferred, though not required. Competitive pay, 20 personal days per year and bonuses available based on output and the firm’s success.
