The firm is seeking a Junior Associate to join its rapidly expanding Emerging Companies & Venture Capital (EC/VC) practice in New York City.
The Role
You will advise high-growth startups and venture investors on everything from incorporation to financings and M&A. Expect close collaboration with experienced attorneys, early client engagement, and exposure to a wide range of industries and deal structures.
You Bring
2+ years of relevant experience (preferably from a top-tier firm)
Strong academic credentials and bar admission in New York
Familiarity with startup, VC, or M&A transactions
Excellent communication, analytical, and Excel skills
Ability to manage complex client and counsel relationships
