*Job Overview* As an Immigration Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting attorneys with various immigration cases. This position requires a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of legal procedures related to immigration law. *Responsibilities* – Conduct legal research on immigration laws and regulations – Assist in the preparation of immigration forms and applications – Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and documents – Maintain organized case files and documentation – Schedule appointments and manage attorney calendars – Prepare affidavits, legal correspondence, and other documents – Assist with trial preparation and court filings *Skills* – Proficiency in legal case management software – Familiarity with PCLaw, Westlaw, or similar legal research tools – Experience in document review and file management – Knowledge of family law, estate planning, or environmental law is a plus – Strong communication and interpersonal skills – Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced law office environment
