This is a full-time, in-person role for an Associate Attorney at Brannen & Loftus, PLLC. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for handling a wide variety of cases, including professional liability matters, family/domestic law, and general civil litigation. The Associate Attorney will provide legal advice, conduct research, negotiate, and assist with all aspects of case preparation and litigation.
The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school, strong knowledge of the law and experience in civil litigation, the ability to provide high-quality legal advice and analysis, excellent research and analytical skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Specialization in family/domestic law with a business background is preferred, as is licensure to practice law in both New Hampshire and Vermont. We will train the right candidate, and recent law school graduates are encouraged to apply.
