Role Description The Sr. Specialist Legal Management and Compliance is a full-time, on-site role based in Legazpi City. This position is responsible for overseeing legal compliance across the organization, including reviewing contracts, policies, and procedures to ensure alignment with applicable laws and regulations. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring regulatory changes, assessing compliance risks, and preparing reports and recommendations for management. The role also involves coordinating with internal departments and external advisors on legal matters, supporting audits and inspections, and assisting in the development and implementation of compliance frameworks and training. The Sr. Specialist will help maintain accurate documentation, resolve compliance issues promptly, and promote a culture of ethical conduct and regulatory adherence within the company.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Law and Regulatory Compliance, with the ability to interpret and apply relevant legal frameworks.
  • Proven experience in Legal Compliance and Compliance Management, including policy development and implementation.
  • Advanced Analytical Skills, with the capacity to assess risk, evaluate complex information, and propose practical solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing legal documents, reports, and guidance for stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law, Legal Studies, Business, or a related field; professional legal certification is an advantage.
  • Experience in corporate or commercial compliance, preferably in retail, mall operations, or a similar industry.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
