We’re looking for a Sr. People Success Partner to lead employee relations and operational HR initiatives, primarily supporting R&D teams. In this role, you’ll be a key strategic partner to managers and leaders, driving improvements in the employee experience through thoughtful policy application, data-informed decision-making, and a commitment to fostering a values-aligned culture. This is an opportunity to work cross-functionally with Legal, HR, and People Business Partners, providing coaching, conducting complex investigations, and designing scalable people programs that empower teams to thrive.

Accountabilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, handling complex investigations and partnering with Legal for resolution

Manage involuntary separations, performance management, and accommodation processes

Act as a consultant to leaders and HR partners on performance, compliance, and workforce planning topics

Maintain and evolve people policies and resources, ensuring clarity and accessibility across the organization

Lead training for managers on people systems, policies, and best practices

Leverage data and analytics to identify trends, inform improvements, and shape new people programs

Champion company values and act as a cultural steward in all HR touchpoints

Requirements

7+ years of experience in employee relations or HR generalist roles, ideally supporting technical organizations

Proven track record of conducting internal investigations and advising leaders on sensitive employee matters

In-depth understanding of employment law and HR compliance requirements

Strong analytical skills with experience turning insights into action

Clear, confident communication style and the ability to influence across levels

Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced, high-growth environments

Passion for building inclusive, values-driven workplaces

Benefits

Competitive salary range: $130,000-$152,000 USD
