Full time Attorney: Litigation Of Counse l – (Science Background Required) – (Multi-Office)

A prestigious partner office is seeking a Senior Associate Attorney to join its team. This position offers a hybrid work environment, with regular in-office presence and flexibility for remote work. The role is ideal for a highly skilled attorney with extensive experience in complex commercial litigation, particularly in the fields of products liability, pharmaceutical, and medical device cases.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Communication : Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.
Supervision & Mentorship : Oversee and support associates, offering guidance and supervision as needed.
Expert Collaboration : Work closely with experts and assist in fact development and depositions.
Legal Document Drafting : Review and draft discovery responses, briefs, motions, and memoranda.
Case Strategy Development : Assist in developing and refining case strategies to ensure favorable outcomes for clients.
Multitasking & Efficiency : Meet deadlines, manage competing demands, and deliver quality work products in a fast-paced environment.
Compliance & Relationships : Foster positive work relationships, comply with all firm policies, and maintain high professional standards.
Other Duties : Perform additional tasks or projects as assigned by leadership.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise:
Education : JD with strong academic credentials from nationally recognized schools. An MD, MPH, PharmD, or Epidemiology degree is required.
Bar Admission : Must be admitted to practice in the jurisdiction where the position is based. Candidates licensed in New York are encouraged to apply.
Experience : 8+ years of experience, preferably gained in an AmLaw 100 firm, with a strong background in products liability and/or complex commercial litigation. Experience with the pharmaceutical and medical device industry is a plus.

Work Environment : Regular participation in digital/virtual conference calls, meetings, and collaboration with team members in a professional, fast-paced environment.
