Sr. Legal Counsel, Corporate Jobs in San Francisco, CA at Vercel
Hayes Daniel LLP (www.hayes-daniel.com) and TN Property Management LLC, are looking to add a unicorn to its team – a candidate with legal, bookkeeping, and property management experience. The candidate must have experience in QuickBooks and, ideally, experience in some or all of the following: supporting transactional real estate matters including residential and commercial closings; formatting, proof reading, and filing litigation documents; and general administrative tasks such as opening new matters, docketing, invoicing, and assisting with all aspects of managing 60+ rental units. The candidate must be organized and able to work independently. The position will require 25-30 hours per week with a potential for full time. We support some remote work each week, but very much want a team member willing to be in the office. Our office culture has a team mentality, is supportive, driven, and hardworking – only apply if you are willing to challenge yourself but have fun along the way. We are offering $25-$35 per hour, depending on experience.
